The recruitment process
ICRIT Healthcare takes pride in having a strong recruitment strategy and procedures in place, which include rigorous assessments of all new employees.
Our strategy is fair and objective. We make certain that our advertisements are available to all members of our community. Our recruitment process is divided into six stages:
- Application
- Assessment and interviewing
- Verification or checks of identity or credentials,
- Disclosure and Barring Service checks
- References (personal, professional, and employment)
- Confirmation of offer
Applicants must provide the names and contact information of at least one personal referee who will provide a written testimonial. Furthermore, candidates will be required to provide at least one professional or employment referee, for whom we will require written references on company-headed paper with full contact information (or those of their line manager if they are not the head of services). Following the receipt of written testimonies, we may contact referees via phone.
