Supported Living
Welcome to Hearten House.
Hearten House is a part of our learning disability and autism division and provides support for people who may be living with severe learning disabilities, autism, or challenging behaviours resulting from their diagnosis.
Additionally, clients may have severe and multiple communication issues, sensory impairments, and physical health issues.
Whom we cater for: men older than 18 years old.
Services: community-based learning disability and autism services
Individuals can visit Hearten House as part of their care pathway.
They may currently reside in a community setting, such as a family home or supported living, but require more structured care and assistance.
Our mission is to provide a residence in the centre of the local community that fosters social inclusion through meaningful community engagement.
Residents are given support to build social networks and participate in a variety of activities to live meaningful lives.
We ensure that inhabitants have access to all the facilities and resources they desire while remaining safe and in control.
We provide support with dignity and respect, and we achieve individualised results.
