Supported Living
Welcome to Lorraine Road.
Lorraine Road, a division of our learning disability and autism division, offers support to those who may be living with severe learning difficulties, autism, or problematic behaviour as a result of their diagnosis.
Additionally, clients may experience severe and numerous sensory impairments, physical health issues, and communication challenges.
Whom we cater for: men and women who are at least 18 years old.
Services: community-based learning disability and autism service
As part of their care pathway, people can come to Lorraine Road. They may possibly already be residing in the community, whether in the family home or a supported living facility, but they still need care and assistance that is more regimented.
Our goal is to offer a place to live in the centre of the neighbourhood that encourages social inclusion via active community involvement.
Residents receive support in creating social networks and participating in a variety of activities to lead fulfilling lives.
We make sure people may use all the resources and facilities they want to while being safe, making choices, and being in charge.
We strive to achieve individualised results while providing support with respect and dignity.
