Wyresdale House Welcomes You.
Wyresdale House is part of our Mental Health Division and provides support for those who may be living with severe and chronic mental illnesses, as well as behaviours that may be perceived as problematic owing to their diagnosis.
We provide person-centred therapies to support health and independence.
We encourage community involvement and the development of new lifestyle choices in order to boost self-esteem and confidence and guarantee that individuals are living meaningful lives.
People may be referred to Wyresdale House as part of their care plan. They may also be living in the community, such as in a family home or a supported living facility, but require more organised care and support.
Our goal is to create a home in the centre of the community that encourages social inclusion through meaningful community participation.
Residents are given support to form social networks and participate in a variety of activities in order to live meaningful lives.
We guarantee that people have access to all of the facilities and resources they desire while being secure and having choice and control. We provide support with dignity and respect, and we accomplish customised results.
